Loll, that tag is so cute. What a great way to use those little bells. I have a pile of those I bought for another project and ended up not liking. Now you have shared this I just love this idea. So very clever, just love it.

OH my gosh how I love that wreath of colorful bells! No idea how you come up with these designs but I sure love seeing them. Maria's tag is fantastic, so bright and cheerful. Shery's tag is amazing! Love how she combined all those stamps and what great colors too.
