Hi everyone. Today's card uses Lisa Lara's latest digi stamp set "Word Doodles" that is available now at Clear Dollar Stamps. I just love how Lisa used sweet images in place of a letter in her sentiments. Adorable!!
I paper pieced the flower pot and flower ... adding two layers to the flower and attaching them together with a brad. I pinched the top layer of petals forward to create a 3-D flower. I have the flower pot "sitting" on yellow gingham and added a red twine bow at the top. This card makes me smile. :)
Stamps: Word Doodles (Lisa's Doodley Doos - Clear Dollar Stamps)
Paper: White (Neenah); Yellow Gingham (Making Memories); Crumb Cake and Summer Smooches DP (SU!)
Ink: Soft Suede (SU!)
Accessories & Tools: Daffodil Delight brad (SU!); Maraschino Twine (The Twinery), sponge, and glue
Here's a close-up of the flower so you can see the layers ...

I just love how you used this set Lolly girl. Love that flower and twine.
Sweet little flower on the gingham tablecloth. I love how the design works into the sentiment and the intricate paperpiecing!
