Hi everyone. The challenge at Addicted to Stamps & More (#113), is Holiday ... so I have another fun CAS Christmas card to share that only took a short time to make.
I started with the background, using a brick stencil and covering it with a thin layer of embossing paste. I die-cut the stocking twice (one from red felt, one from white felt). I cut down the length of the stocking to make it more fun, and placed the cuff on an angle. I die-cut a holly sprig from green felt and added a red rhinestone for the berry. I used red glitter glue to add sparkly dots for decoration on the stocking. The Paper Smooches font is fun and fits perfectly with the felt stocking.
I have lots of Christmas card ideas floating around in my head and I'll be back soon with more to share with you. :)
Stamps: Christmas Sampler (Paper Smooches)
Paper: White (Neenah)
Ink: Real Red (SU!)
Accessories & Tools: Stocking die (Sizzix), Holly Vine die (Memory Box), red felt, white felt, green felt, red rhinestone
