Hi everyone. Today I'm sharing another autumn card ... and a video tutorial on how I watercolored these fall leaves.
Honestly, I didn't think I'd be doing another video so soon after my first, but when I was making these, I thought it might be fun to share with you the easy way I found to watercolour these beautiful leaves from Stampin' Up!
There are so many watercoloring techniques available on-line through videos and crafter's blogs ... the hard part is finding which techniques worked for me. I have had many failures when watercoloring, but have recently discovered a few different ways that make me happy. :) Today I'm sharing a very simple way in which to watercolor these leaves, adding the ink colors on top of each other while the paper is wet, so they blend. I hope you'll give it a try ... and I hope it works for you. :)
My video is on my You Tube Channel HERE ... and I've also embedded it below.
Thanks to all that take the time to watch --- so appreciated!! :) Warning --- after filming three times, I decided that this version was the best of the lot :) Still lots of flubs ... you can probably tell by my voice that I was getting tired. The weird part is the number of times I say "fussy-cut" ... lol!
