Happy Birthday Sandie!


Hi everyone.  The party's started ... check it out!






Come join in the fun.  Make a birthday card for Sandie (London Days) and join the party.



I know that Sandie loves to watercolour ... and she is partial to pinks and oranges, and also loves to add gold embossing to her cards.  So I made the card above with all of these features.  It is currently whisking it's way across the globe and hopefully she'll receive it soon. :)

The background is made with the Saturated Watercolouring technique with gold embossing for the flower image and sentiment.









Stamps:  Softly (Penny Black); A Little Sentimental (Clearly Besotted)
Paper:  White card base and banner (Neenah); Watercolour (Arches 140 lb. cold press)
Ink:  Versamark
Accessories & Tools:  Liquid Watercolour Concentrate (Dick Blick); water mister, gold embossing powder (Hero Arts) heat tool
