Great to see the results of our get together turned into cards - both are so lovely. I'm using one of mine as my reminder post for this weekend for CWCC. The "greetings" sentiment looks perfect the way it twines over the branch on the left!
ReplyDeleteI love that cones and berries stamp, Loll. It's one of my favorites and you can get different looks from it. Yours is softly watercolored and looks wonderful. The poinsettia is beautiful too.
ReplyDeleteBoth your no-line stamped cards are so beautifully watercoloured, Loll. I love your soft watercolour wash backgrounds too. TFS my friend and Happy Holidays. Hugs
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards Loll - I love the stamps you used and the beautiful technique - I really have to sit myself down and try this - I've purchased several of these PB stamps inspired by you!! Julia xx
ReplyDeleteBoth are absolutely BEAUTIFUL Loll! The first card reminds me that I have that stamp and have never used it...shame on me! I think Darnell needs to have one of her NBUS challenges at Christmas time!! But anyway, both cards are just lovely my friend!! :0)
ReplyDeleteYour watercoloring is remarkable, Loll! I'll never tire of seeing it. These are so beautifully done and love the wash on both of them. These are just gorgeous! Can't get over how well you shade with them!
ReplyDeleteYour watercoloring is remarkable, Loll! I'll never tire of seeing it. Love the watercolor washes, something that probably won't happen in my lifetime here. I can't get over how well you shade with watercolors too. These are just gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteBoth are beautiful Loll! You did a great job balancing the weight of the brown on the pine cone with the lightness of the open spaces and white tips. The greetings stamp is the perfect touch! Can you please tell me the name of the "greetings" stamp set? Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous! Love the soft, watercolored look and I bet the shimmer on the first one looks wonderful in real life!
ReplyDeleteLoll, it's so nice to see our play dates in card format. Both look amazing, I especially like the pine cone and berries. I do love our play dates and learn so much :)

ReplyDeleteSoft, beautiful cards, Loll. Just what is needed by this time into the holidays to calm down all the glitz(!)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous watercoloring, Loll! Both of your cards are painted beautifully and I love the water washed backgrounds!
ReplyDeleteBut an amazing card, Loll! I love delicate, neutral colors. So beautifully harmonize with creating a moody image.
ReplyDeleteI also love the deep and intense color of poinsettia. It's so festive!

Gorgeous cards Loll, looks like you painted them and I love your wash backgrounds - I struggle with this... It's great having a day with friends, and sharing your stamps and ideas, definitely helps with the low mojo too... we must meet soon Vikki
