Penny Black - Triptych Enjoy

Hi everyone.  Today I'm featuring the flower flourish die for a second time.  This design combines small snippets of the flowers along with the small frames die.  Aren't these little frames sweet??!! :)

Started by die-cutting the Flower Flourish die twice from white card stock, along with three small frames.  Different sections of the Flower Flourish die-cuts were cut apart and placed into the frames, creating three pretty pictures.

I used a piece of alcohol ink on acetate that I had in my stash, cutting just a few little pieces to fit into the background of the frames.  The colours are so vibrant that even these little pieces add a big punch of colour.  I popped the frames up on foam and adhered to my card base.  The sentiment is stamped in gold ink.

Here's a close-up ...

What a fun idea to frame those pretty die cut flowers. Love how you've put this framing idea together on your beautiful card. Sure is a punch from the beautiful and vibrant colours from the alcohol inked acetate and stunning against the crisp white x.

This is so pretty! The gorgeous and vibrant alcohol-ink-on-acetate backgrounds enhance the white of the die-cut flowers and the frames! Using a part of die-cuts is a great way of stretching your dies. Thank you for reminding me of that!
