I'm playing with one of the new release stamps from Penny Black. Just received this a couple of days ago and couldn't wait to play with it ... I just LOVE the image. I used markers to add the ink directly to my stamp, spritzed with a little water and stamped onto hot press watercolour paper. I repeated a couple more times until I was happy with the look. Stamped the sentiment in dark brown ink and splattered more of the same colour, along with green, over the front of my card to finish the design.
Here's a close-up ...

Beautiful card, I love the colours. x
I love this, Loll. It reminds me of the PB Leaves and Berries which I've done in the same technique.
Wow your water colouring looks fabulous Loll and the most perfect new stamp to use the challenge colours. Fabulous splats and great technique too x.

What a soft and elegant card Loll. This is one of my favorite techniques to teach and looking at your card I am reminded why.
Your leaves and berries are so pretty and fallish, my friend! I love their soft colors. And your splatters leave me in awe! Love the font of that sentiment!

Just catching up on my commenting today and I am getting spoiled here on your blog, Loll! Gorgeous watercolour blend results with this marker/spritz technique. Your splattering is always amazing... I need a lesson or 100 from you. 😉 Once again, your use of this challenging (to me) colour palette is effortless. xx
Delicate, dreamy and so lovely, Loll ... the soft colours are gorgeous! Hugs, Anita :)
Love the fall theme, so delicate and the colours just flow into one another. The splatters add to the windy fallings, definitely a special time of year. That's how nature gives us all it's love before leaving. Another beauty dear friend, xx
Such a beautiful card Loll! I am loving this PB image too, it is very pretty the way you inked up with the markers, looks like real fall leaves and berries! Love the splatters as well! Hugs, Brenda
You are right, this is a gorgeous stamp! And the way you colored it makes it even more beautiful! Lovely card!
Such a beautiful autumn card. Great colors, light color saturation will make the image look like tree leaves viewed from below when they are sunk. WOW! Incredible impression, Loll.
