After everything had dried, I place the same stencil over top of the background and sponged on some Evergreen Bough Distress ink ... those are the darker circles that you see in the background. I stamped the sentiment in the same in on the card front with a circle aperture. I die-cut two of lavender flowers, and arranged them in the circle so that the tallest is just outside of the circle.

Beautiful stencil monoprint, Loll. Love the colours and how you’ve arranged the lavender flowers. Just perfect. xx
Your stenciled background is so pretty Loll with the white arrangement of lavender flowers.
Love how you used the monoprint with the wonderful Lindys and then went over it again with the distress ink using the same stencil. Very creative card, beautiful colours of teal, wonderful die cut layout and such a stunning CAS card x.
So pretty in the greens Loll - love the dots on the stencil all framed in the white circle - and nice touch continuing the green on the sentiment - I usually just use black - and must try a color sometime!
Gorgeous!! the backgrounds you create are frame worthy!
I don't know who this Lindy is, but she need to stop by with a few of those magicals you've used, Loll! This is SO beautiful behind these sweet little silhouetted sprigs of Lavender!

Love, love, love this teal color and how you've used the stencil to make some darker circles too. It makes wonderful dimension and the die cut flowers are so pretty. Love how the tallest one is poppy out!
Love those colours Loll, the teal and white are stunning :)
Wonderful colors and composition!
I am totally in LOVE with the colors in your background stenciled mono print Loll! Which set is that teal color from?? I think I need it!! Love how you stamped over your mono print a 2nd time with the darker color too...sooooo pretty! And of course the simple die cut lavender looks FABULOUS against that lovely, lovely background! :0)
I just love your style Loll, gorgeous white cards with a pop of colour - this is wonderful, like how you double stenciled it - I'm learning all the time.. simply finished with a few die cuts and sentiment - Fabulous
That background could stand alone, Loll but it looks wonderful behind the white die cut. Also love that you enhanced the mono print with more stenciling. Great way to add more interest. Thanks for always describing your process in detail too.
You make it look so easy, Loll. And you make it look so beautiful, too. That teal is gorgeous, and I would never thought to pair it with an evergreen color. Love the lavender sprigs as well. Such a pretty card. Bev
Love the way you did the stencil monoprint and then sponged through it!! Gorgeous teal colour and great design with the extra stems of lavender!
What a beauty! I wish I had those powders.. this color looks stunning with white die cuts.
Gorgeous monoprint and I LOVE how you brought out all the different shades of teal with your Lindy's Magicals! (I think it's time I buy some of these powders) Your sweet lavender blooms are just perfect against the stenciled pattern, too! Such a beautiful birthday card, Loll!
Gorgeous stenciled monoprint Magicals background for your aperture, Loll. I love how you went over your background to sponge a darker shade of dots. Wonderful added texture. I must remember your technique of tucking in additional die cut lavender sprigs elements.. Wonderful curved sentiment too. Every detail is so creative and inspiring, my friend. Hugs..Nancy
Lots of lovely colourful texture in your monoprint Loll, so pretty and the pop of white looks fantastic against the teal, Cathy x
The background effects and colours are gorgeous, Loll, such a perfect ground for the lovely die-cuts.
Such a stunning background with those two lovely colours Loll. Great card as ever! x
Adding that extra layer stenciled over the top really adds to the vibrancy of that gorgeous background, Loll.

That's a great stencil for a monoprint background and I love how you added extra ink, Lolly! Such a pretty way to arrange your lavender!! Hugs, Dolly
The teal colors are so beautiful and the stencil effects are lovely and interesting, Loll! Stenciling over the monoprint created a stunning background and the white silhouette lavender sprigs look so pretty against the background.

WOW! A striking design, Loll. I love how you cut the dies, creating a wonderful plant circle. Thank you for this amazing idea. And I love your background.

That stencilled BG adds so much interest to this interesting array of lavender blooms. Again, I love the same coloured sentiment, it just adds to this true CAS beauty. xx
