Bobby (Bits & Pieces) is our special Guest Designer this month --- welcome Bobby! Check out the challenge blog to see Bobby's gorgeous Embossing Paste Stenciled card, along with the amazing cards by our talented Designers. I know you'll be inspired to play along.
I used a piece of alcohol ink'd acetate from my stash. This is my favourite combination of AI colours that is so bright and cheerful (listed below).
Placed the wildflower stencil over top and secured with a few pieces of masking tape. Using palette knife, added embossing paste over top, keeping it as smooth as possible. Lifted the stencil and let the piece dry. Remember to wash off your stencil and palette knife right away (or place in water to wash later). Once the paste dries on a stencil, it's work to get it off.
To finish my card I added a double row of gold cording along with a gold embossed "smile" tag. The panel is popped up for dimension.
There are so many wonderful embossing pastes and gels on the market. I hope you'll join us for this fun challenge. :)
