I placed the stencil over top of my panel, so only one corner of the stencil was over top. I taped it down securely. Using a sponge dauber and blending solution, I added just a drop to my dauber, taking off a bit on paper towel before going over the stencil. This removes the colour that is already there, leaving me with a light blue background. I had to do it about three times, using very little of the solution as I didn't want it to seep under the stencil. Once I was happy (very light blue colour), I used four colours of Alcohol Inks to add to the stencil to create my colourful sunflower, again using a sponge dauber to apply the ink. It worked better than I thought it would. Love when that happens! Framed it with a black border on two sides and stamped a sentiment in black to match.
This card has both techniques of adding alcohol inks and lifting alcohol inks through a stencil. :) For the challenge, you can choose one or the other.

Yes, that's the kind of technique that I fail at all. You are a champion in it. You say it's fairly simple, but I always get ink under the stencil. It's nice that I can admire such a beautiful card.
