Today's card is very different. I just received this amazing image in the mail. I love Visible Images that have things breaking away and have a few of them. This snowflake makes for a very artsy image, and paired with Fractured Ice Embossing Powder, it really is cool! (pun intended). :)
This was simply stamped in Versamark and heat embossed with the Fractured Ice embossing powder. Sentiment was stamped onto a black banner with Versamark and heat embossed in white. Stamped over the sentiment again (Misti is awesome!) and then heat embossed with the Fractured Ice. The white was a great base so that the colours of the fractured ice would show up on black.
Close-up ... lots of shine that reflects in my light box.
I hope you'll check out Rudolph Day's challenge and come play along. It runs from 25th - end of month and is always "Anything Goes Christmas".
Stamps:Snow is Falling (Visible Image);
Paper: White card stock (Neenah 110 lb.); black card stock (SU!)

Wonderful card, Loll. The fractured ice technique is amazing on this card. Love how you did the sentiment twice. IT looks fabulous.
Thanks for taking part in the October Rudolph Days
Challenge.
Beautiful Loll, I love the colours withing the fractured ice embossing powder. Awesome card. Just heading off to play at Rudolf days :)
Gorgeous Artsy heat embossed snowflake Christmas card, Loll. TFS Hugs..Nancy
Love this, Loll. The Fractured Ice ep is fabulous with that snowflake stamp. And the sentiment looks great double embossed.
I took one look and thought the snowflake was melting, and when I read your narrative, I learned that was the way it was designed - love it - a really artsy look to this gorgeous card Loll. The embossing powder you used is perfect for the image.
Blessings
Maxine
Hi Loll,
Happy Rudolf Days.
what a very lovely design and that heat embossed snowflake glimmers so wonderfull and looks like you have captured it melting.
Love the balck panel for the sentiment too.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
So pretty Loll. Those VI stamps are something different, only have a couple myself, the snowflake looks as though it's melting.
A good job it isn't cold enough for snow here as we'd be buried. It hasn't stopped raining since yesterday morning and the yard is flooded now, looks like the garden will have to wait and what better way to spend another dreak day than in the craftroom! :)
Oooo how classy and stunning, thanks for joining us at Rudolph Days Challenge this month, Luv Sam x
Awesome card Loll. The sentiment is fab! x
This is a beautiful reminder for me to get out that Fractured Ice Embossing Powder you sent me. Love this snowflake!
This is stunning. I've never used that embossing powder before and now I have to have it!
Great stamp, quirky and a bit different, looks great with the heat embossing. I really like how you have done the sentiment too xx
That is such a beautiful and unique embossing powder giving your image such an artsy look. I've never heard of this one before but really like the effects of that.
That loud thud you heard early this morning was my jaw hitting the desk. Loll, I love this card! The image is soo cool, and so different that much that's out there. Done with that FI embossing powder, it really does have that wintery look. And the white embossing beneath the FI really helps your sweet sentiment to stand out. Top five of your cards in my book!! Absolutely love this. Bev
Ooh, I really love the effects of your Fractured Ice EP with this snowflake, Loll! Love your sentiment, too ~ Very cool Christmas card!
Stunning card, Loll. That EP looks amazing and is perfect with this snowflake image.
Beautiful, and fun too!
Such an artsy stamped snowflake and love the effect from the embossing powder. A stunner of a card Loll x.
Wow I love both the image and the gorgeous embossing powder! Beautiful card!
Mmmmm! wow! that really is a beautiful stamp and the embossing powder you selected has a perfect name. The use of black in your design really does make a stunning statement : )
