Hi everyone. Time for a reminder for the CAS Stencil November Challenge, hosted by Linda. There's six days left before it closes.
This card uses a stencil monoprint from my stash. It was made with a flourish stencil, using two shades of green distress inks. I die-cut the snowflake ornament from both white card stock and from the piece of stencil monoprint. I wanted to inlay the ornament with the design. Before doing that, I sponged around the outside of the ornament to add more depth of colour. It was then pieced (inlaid) into a white die-cut of a snowflake ornament. Peace was stamped in matching ink before popping the snowflake die onto my card front.
It was easy to make, so I used the rest of the piece of monoprint and made two more. :)

Lovely CAS card. What a nice day to spend with friends. I wish there was someone in my area that made cards. That would be great.

Glad you had a great time crafting with friends Loll, and Jessie looks as though she enjoyed it too. I love the stencil monoprint you have used for the body of the snowflake bauble and the Evergreen Bough and Pine Needles inks are just perfect for it. A stunning result. x

Your ornament card is breathtaking, Lolly! I love the dementia from the pearly white snowflakes, but it's that beautiful shade of green with the white that I'm in love with! And what a fun way to use a stencil monoprint! Finally, and most importantly, Jessie is a real princess sitting nicely with your friends! It's great that she is so social!! Hugs, Dolly
I see Jessie is enjoying being one of 'the girls' already :) LOVE these sweet pics of her, Loll!
Such a gorgeous ornament! I love the flourish with your blend of Evergreen Bough and Pine Needles and your snowflakes are the perfect touch! Another stunning Christmas card ~ Barb xx
This looks so soft and delicate .... I love it! I thought you'd added the snowflakes to the bauble but when I had a closer look I realised they're all part of the die ..... so pretty! xx

I still haven't tried this technique... I love that you turned the monoprint into a bauble... It's CAS Perfection and such a beautiful card!
CAS and just perfect Loll...I can see why you made a few more as it's just lovely!! :0)
This is a stunner Loll! You come up with the most amazing designs! Love the monoprint as the bauble focal point and the colour is so pretty. Looks like a fun time too with friends and Jessie, Cathy x
This is so elegant and beautiful, Loll! All the white snowflakes and background highlight the gorgeous stencil monoprint greens. Inlaying the monoprint piece is a wonderful idea, making the design look even more CAS.
Hideko xx
Your bauble looks like it's surrounded by a cloud of snow. A wonderful soft image, the more that the color of the bauble is also blurred and has a beautiful washed out pattern. I love this card
hugs,
