Today's card also uses a NBUS stamp set from Poppy Power called "Cozy Cupfuls". I just bought this recently and had to play with it right away. Sweet images. I stamped in permanent black ink and watercoloured with distress inks and dye inks.
I framed it with an antique frame fro Penny Black onto an olive green card base. Sentiment is stamped in black to match image.

This is really sweet and heartwarming, Lolly! I can see why you wanted that image. You colored it beautifully and I love that you framed it onto an olive green card base. Years ago SU had the prettiest olive green paper and I bought reams of it in case they did away with it like they like to do. You inspire me to think colored card base more often! ReplyDeleteThis teacup Christmas tree image is so sweet. I collect various sizes of trees as 'i like to do a forest on my fireplace mantel. I place them all in varying sizes of silver plated jugs and sugar bowls for their tree bases. Think I just might try a teacup one next Christmas!

This is such a pretty Christmas tree image, Loll! I've never bought a big real Christmas tree, but I could display this kind of mini-tree at home. :-)
