This time I made an acrylic block background using Lindy's magicals. The ink was left over from a Stencil Monoprint I had made and I couldn't let them go to waste. Once dry, I stamped the vase of roses and heat embossed in princess gold embossing powder. I love this yellow gold embossing, especially with pink, orange and yellow.
I used a small paint brush and some bleach to remove colour from the flowers, leaves, and vase. I liked how there was still a little bit of colour after bleaching, so decided to leave it as is. A simple sentiment (It's your day 30-553) was heat embossed in gold to match the vase.

Very pretty, I see what you mean! ;)
This is very bright and pretty Loll and the gold embossing goes beautifully, and as you say just a little colour left to add more interest. x
Very pretty card, Loll. That gold embossing pwder looks so rich and lovely!
It's lovely with that bit of colouring left - glad you didn't add any more colour. Beautiful colours in the background!
I always forget about the bleaching technique but it creates such lovely, simple drama! So pretty!
I love how the bleach left some bits of color in this sweet image, Loll! That background is gorgeous! Glad you didn't have to waste any of it!
Gorgeous Magical's background for your beautiful bleached vase and flowers, Loll. I love how there was some color from your background still on the stamped and heat embossed image. TFS all your steps too. A real beauty, my friend. Stay Safe and Creative. Love and Hugs...Nancy
Beautiful -- your panel is so pretty, and love the colored flecks, which just makes your bleached image look perfect!
Reminder: must get me some splashless bleach (I can be deadly with regular)!
stunning Loll, I love that touch of colour left behind. sooooo pretty :)
Great example of bleaching Loll, and a stunning card
Stay safe

Beautifully done!♥
This is stunning! I love the bold colours, the bleaching looks fab! xx
So pretty, Loll ... I'm imagining the shimmer from the Lindy's ... and it's fabulous! Hugs, Anita :)
These Lindy's colours really pack a punch. The bleaching of the beautiful embossed bouquet must really pop, leaving a pastel version of the BG. So vibrant, thanks for sharing at CAS Mix Up! xx
Wow Loll, you make me want to buy every stamp you use because they are all so gorgeous! I scrolled down a ways because the days have been flying by and I don't know where I have been (Ha..no place, but I sure seem to keep busy!) And I saw your adorable pics of Jessie...swoon, I can see why you missed her! So your cards are all fabulous and I know you are staying safe and staying in, so that is good. I am doing likewise, only going to my Dad's house, so I feel good about giving him hugs! Heart Hugs to you!
Wonderful and vibrant background for the pretty vase and the bleaching effect looks fabulous Loll x.
It's very interesting how you did this and I really love the effect. The open image is perfect for it. Super pretty, Loll!
Your Lindy's magicals background is gorgeous, Loll! I'm sure the shimmer from the magicals must be so pretty in real life. I love how you left a little bit of colors in the bleached flower and vase. The yellowish gold embossing powder is a great choice for the background!
Hideko xx
The effect you got with the bleach is really gorgeous, Loll! I'm glad you didn't add any color back in!
Bleach did a great job, Loll. Actually, you made this wonderful transformation of vase and flowers into delicate and ethereal. This is the most desirable option for this beautiful card. Thank you for this great inspiration. I have some intense backgrounds, now I know what I can do with them :-)
hugs,
