Christmas Gnomes

Hi everyone.  I recently bought this really fun image from Polkadoodles (Snow Ho Ho - at Simon Says Stamp) and had to ink it up! :)  Watercoloured with distress inks, cut my panel to size and popped it up on foam over my card base.  I was smiling the whole time I was working on this card.  I had so much fun, I made two!

And I'm going to enter this into the Merry Little Christmas Challenge for October - Anything Christmas Goes!  This is my second entry.

Paper:   Mixed Media (Strathmore 140 lb.); White card base (Neenah 110 lb.)
Ink:   Archival Black (Ranger); Distress Inks: Fired Brick, Candied Apple, Aged Mahogany, Stormy Sky, Hickory Smoke, Crushed Olive, Forest Moss, Gathered Twigs (Tim Holtz)
Accessories:   Water brush, Posca White Arcylic paint pen, Clear Wink of Stella, Crystal Glaze (Nuvo), red chalk

    I love this cute image Loll and fun colouring too with the added spots on one of their hats and the other's scarf, and a great fun sentiment too. x

    Aah, Lolly, I'm glad to see that the company used this pose of The Mister and me! We were practically melted by the end of that shoot!     Oh, ha! Snowgnomes! I've recently bought my 4th gnome stamp and I'm loving the heck out of them. These are darling and the sentiment is super great! The fun you had making these comes through in the finished product!

    I am not surprised that you were smiling while coloring this card. This stamp is so cute! I'm glad you had a lot of fun making these cards. I also love adding these circles over the gnomes, it looks very interesting.
