Penny Black - Fall Foliage


Hi everyone.  I'm sharing another card using one of the new die sets from Penny Black's new release.  This die set is called Fall Foliage (51-655).  I'm only using the oak leaf today, but there is also a beautiful maple leaf.  Love the texture of this layered die.  I wanted to use orange and purple, and I included gold to add an elegant flair to this design. :)

Leaves are watercoloured with Ripe Persimmon and Seedless Preserves distress inks.  I splattered the leaves and card front with gold acrylic paint and also added it to the oak leaf veins.  The sentiment, Million Thanks (30-680) is stamped in Delicata Gold ink that has the sparkle already built-in.

    These two oak leaves are gorgeous Loll using the orange and purple, together with the gold for the veins of the leaves and the sentiment, and some lovely spattering to finish. x
