Hi everyone. Today we're starting February's CAS Christmas Challenge. This month is hosted by the talented Susan (Cardmaker's Garret). Susan wants us to add to our CAS Christmas cards ....
So fun! I bought a lot of Stamping Bella stamps last year when there was a big sale. :) This is one of them - Christmas Tug of War. I love how the dog and cat are "sharing" the gift ... I wonder who will win the tug of war??!!
I stamped in black ink and clear heat embossed before watercolouring with Zigs. The colours are so bright and vibrant.
Close-up ...
I hope you'll check out the challenge blog to see the fun cards from our Designers as well as our wonderful Guest Designer, Jane (Onions and Paper).
Hope to see you in our gallery!!

Wonderful stamped image and great colouring. I expect the cat will win. Great sentiment too xx
I had bought a lot of images during that sale as well Loll - this one is just so cute with the cat and dog - love the big bow on the dogs head! - wonderful shaded coloring with your Zigs - I need to play with mine more!
This cat and dog with their parcel are just adorable Loll and so beautifully coloured, and finished with that very apt sentiment. x
Adorable card, Loll and the watercoloring is awesome.
Loll, this is just too cute for words! I think the dog might win, just because he is a little plumper, but then the cat could give a big hiss and he would be gone. I think you scored great on this sale, this image is adorable!
This is adorable, Lolly! Awesome coloring and such a cute image!
Awwwwww...what an ADORABLE card Loll! That image is just too CUTE and you've colored it beautifully with your Zigs too! Sweet, sweet card!! Hugs. :0)
Soooooo adorable, perhaps you should get Jessie a little pal, she'd love to have a little Kitty to play with. Great colouring Loll :)
Love your Zigs watercoloring of your adorable cat and dog playing tug of war. Who wins? That is a fun thought:-) TFS your fun Christmas card, Lolly. Love and Hugs...Nancy
What a delightful image that is colored wonderfully. Hmmmm...that kitty could probably give a swipe so fast the puppy wouldn't know what hit him. LOL Hope you have a great day!
AW! very endearing image, fab colouring Loll.

What a cute stamp and you colored it so well. It made me smile at them untying the pretty bow.
Made me smile when I saw it! Such a fun card. Fabulous colouring and the most perfect sentiment! Thanks for making such a great card for the challenge I'm hosting.
That image just makes me smile and once again you painted it perfectly. This is just TOO cute!
As always, great coloring. Being a cat lady I love the cat but I must tell you Loll, that dog looks kinda like a pig to me!

Cute card Loll, beautifully watercoloured, I think the cat will win lol!
So cute and so gorgeous Loll. Such a fun colourful card. Love the sentiment.
What a fun and adorable Christmas tag of war scene, Loll! I love your zig watercoloring with wonderful shades!

Ack! So cute! You know I love it! I want to play! Your watercoloring is so perfect and fun on these adorable critters, Loll. Awesome CAS card!
Perfect stamp for the challenge. Adorable card and beautifully watercolored as usual.
Since the dog is just sitting there and not exerting any effort, my bet is on the dog. 😂
Thanks for bringing a smile to my face with this adorable card Loll x. I'm betting on the cat....x.
Awww! This melts my heart... So beautiful Loll!
Such a fun Christmas card, Loll. Great picture coloring. As a guardian of 3 cats, I can say with full responsibility that the cat will win. Before the dog knows it, he will lie tied with a ribbon next to the Christmas tree and the cat will check the contents of the gift. If it turns out to be of little interest to him, he will release the dog from his bonds so that all the blame falls on the dog at the end :-)
xx
