I actually had to "save" this card. The reinker takes longer to dry because of the concentration. I didn't think about it and started watercolouring the leaves. I'm a lefty ... so my hand dragged across the smaller flower and I had purple everywhere. :) I washed out as much as possible and then decided that splatters would be my finishing touch around each of the flowers to hopefully disguise the messy ink. It worked pretty well. To finish, I added a soft sponge of wilted violet over the two flower heads to bring focus to them. The sentiment is Brushed Wishes (Stampendous - retired).

This is so striking in shades of purple Loll using this beautiful PB flower and I love your honesty about the inky marks changes into wonderful splatters and the ink brushed around each flower head and the stencilled stripes in the background look great. x
I love the purple and that you used re=inkers. That's new to me and it is so vibrant. Another must try. Thank you.
Hang on, that card looks familiar, I am thrilled that it is sitting in pride of place on my shelf. Thank you for sending it to me, it is magical and there is no hint that you had an issue making it. The splatters are fabulous and the halo of ink around the flowers is just meant to be there. I am a lefty too xx
Loll, it was a perfect save! Bravo!

Loll, sometimes little mishaps that happen while we're creating our cards turn out to be a blessing in disguise, I'm so happy you decided to rescue this beautiful card.
Stay healthy and safe.

Great save Loll and the vibrancy of the 'purples' looks amazing x.
Wow! You've made me fall in love with this stamp, and it looks amazing in shades of purple! Love those subtle stripes and the shading around each flower. The splatters remind me of seeds bursting into the air. I'm always dragging my knuckles and smearing, too. Good fix on this one, Loll!
