Peace and Joy

Hi everyone.  I'm playing along with two Christmas challenges with the card above.

First, Rudolph Days May challenge.  It's always Anything Christmas Goes for this challenge.  Second challenge is Merry Little Christmas Challenge #34 - Anything Goes Christmas. :)  
I do love this poinsettia stamp, Holiday Bouquet from Avery Elle (it's unfortunately retired now).  I stamped in Versamark and heat embossed in Liquid Platinum.  Then watercoloured the image in distress inks (listed below).  I used a corner die that I bought from AliExpress a long time ago.  It has a piece of dark red card stock behind the cut-out design.

Paper:   Mixed media (Strathmore 140 lb.); White card stock (Neenah 110 lb.)
Ink:   Distress Inks:  Picked Raspberry, Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn, Aged Mahogany (Tim Holtz)
Accessories:   Liquid Platinum embossing powder (Ranger), heat tool, paint brush, Corner die (AliExpress)

    Beautiful poinsettia - lovely watercolouring and lovely use of the corner die to tie in the deeper red of the berries.

    What a stunning card - I love the colors.

    Beautifully watercolored poinsettia image, Lolly. Love how the die cut corner brings out the color of the berries.

    Such a pretty corner cut out with the deep rich red behind it Loll and I adore the embossed poinsettias with the holly and berries so beautifully watercoloured by you and a lovely sentiment embossed with the same pretty Platinum EP. x

    Beautiful card Loll!! I love that Avery Elle stamp too and it looks fantastic embossed in the platinum and then water colored. LOVE the little bit of die cut design in the corner too! Lovely, lovely card!! Hugs. :0)

    wow amazing Lol, love the deep magenta colour and the die cut just adds that extra level of interest. I have a bunch or those corner dies but never think to use them. So much inspiration :)
