Hi everyone. Sharing a beautiful flower (Christmas Blush 40-794) from the new Penny Black release, Making Spirits Bright. This is a Christmas Rose (Helleborous) and there are several different colours of these flowers.
To finish, I added a sentiment (Bright & Light 30-762) stamped with black ink and heat embossed in clear. I thought the words were too close to the image, so added an underline to the sentiment to separate them. It worked well. :)

Thank you for coming by for a visit! I'll be sharing more cards made with the Penny Black new release in the coming weeks.

Lovely watercoloring and colors for that flower. Penny Black always has lovely flower stamps and this is another great one. Can't wait to see what else you share from her new release.
Ohhh, it's beautiful! What an amazing stamp and coloring. I love your idea for underlining the sentiment. It looks like it should be made that way.
Fabulous, Loll. What beautiful colors. [Bunny]
Very Pretty card!
Loll, that flower looks stunning with the mix of festive berries and aged mahogany ♥
What a stunning card Loll - love the colours of the hellebore, and the underlining of the sentiment certainly did the trick - that was most creative!
Stay safe
Blessings

Another beautiful Penny Black stamp. But even the most beautiful stamp comes to life only when touched by the artist's hand. Your interpretation of this flower is wonderful, Loll. I love vivid, vibrant colors and the amazing gradation of color intensity. Beautiful Christmas card.

What a beautiful richly colored flower, Lolly! I love how you underlined the sentiment! I thought it was part of the stamp until I read further! Maybe they should add a line to the stamp.
Beautiful !
Love the rich colour of the hellebore, Loll - great blend of the Aged Mahogany and the Festive Berries. The sentiment looks fabulous.
So beautiful, Loll. Underlining the sentiment was a brilliant idea.
