Kraft Christmas

Hi everyone.  I used a NBUS (never-before-used-schtuff) stamp ... this gorgeous Pinecone Background (Simon Says Stamp).  Inked it with white pigment ink, stamped onto kraft card stock; then sprinkled with white embossing powder and heated until melted.

Used a different design for me (not CAS ).  Cut out a thin frame in the center (Thin Frames Wafer Dies - Simon Says Stamp), replaced it with a piece of black card stock slightly larger than the center panel, popped it up on foam and adhered to my card base.  Added a simple white heat embossed sentiment (Banner Sentiments - Penny Black) on black card stock.

    I love this pinecone background stamp which looks beautiful white embossed on the kraft card Loll, and the centre cut and matted on to black together with the white on black sentiment strip finish the look brilliantly. x

    I Love your SSS Pinecone Background stamped and heat embossed image for your beautiful Christmas card, Lolly. I love the kraft and white color combo. I also have this beautiful stamp by SSS and have used it a few times. I think it is a beautiful and very versatile stamp background.     White ink on kraft paper is one of my favorite combos, Loll! I like the drama the touches of black add to it. Wonderful card!

    Wonderful holiday card, Loll! I love that BG and have used it many times for a quick, yet wonderful card! It's so nice in the white and I've also done it with gold on kraft! I like the way the black makes it pop! Sue

    What a beautiful card Loll! I love that stamp you used, so pretty stamped and white embossed on the kraft card. I know that technically this isn't a CAS card, but still CAS to me cause it is still clean and simple. I just love it! Hugs, Brenda

    Fantastic pinecone card, Loll! I love the white and Kraft combo. The black thin frame and sentiment strip are wonderful color accents. Even though the front panel is covered by the pinecone images, I feel this card is clean and simple.

    The addition of a black frame and a black sentimental banner adds a lot of movement to the card. This makes the craft paper card look really elegant
