I die-cut two of the layered circles, sponging them with different shades of brown distress inks (Brushed Corduroy, Gathered Twigs, Walnut Stain, Ground Espresso). I layered them over top of each other to create a fuller wreath, gluing them down at the top and bottom, but leaving the rest of the circles loose.
I die-cut another Penny Black die called Nestled (51-722), using just the bird, watercolouring with more distress inks (Brushed Corduroy, Faded Jeans). To finish, I added two more die-cuts; Frosted Greens (51-710) - watercoloured with Mowed Lawn distress ink; and Berry Branch (51-373) - watercoloured with Mowed Lawn and Rustic Wilderness.
I finished the card by adding a sentiment (Gratitude 30-105) stamped in Walnut Stain distress ink.
I'm sending this card over to the Snippets Playground Challenge #427. Sarn is hosting this time and I think there's some dancing around a Maypole. I'm in! :)

What a beautiful bird and I love the grapevine wreath and all the greenery! I think this is one of my favorites of your cards! Love, love, love it!
I love that little bird all nestled in the grapevine wreath, Loll.
Your bird is so well done it makes me want to touch his soft feathers. Love that you mounted him on that wonderful grapevine wreath. What a fantastic card, Loll! It's so well done.
Your sweet Blue Tit reminds me of the cheeky ones that buzz around pinching spiders etc from around our brickwork! Great combination of dies. :)
Beautiful Loll, I love your little birder the etched detail makes for a gorgeous die cut image and of course amazing colouring ♥
This is gorgeous Loll and the sweet little bird is so prettily coloured and love the mix of die cut leaves and branches with the beautiful die cut circular twiggy shape as a frame around the wonderful bird. x
Sweet birdie, Loll - just love your grapevine wreath with the nest of greens, so clever!!
This looks like a perfect little bluebird to me. Very sweet card!
Beautiful card Loll. The lovely bird is just like the blue tits which usually use the nesting box in our garden. However, this year the bumble bees seem to have taken over the nesting box as their home! xx
Love that you've nestled this pretty little bird in that fabulous greenery!
Pretty card, Loll!
Your card is so beautiful Lolly with your stacked die cut wreath and beautiful die cut bird sitting on a bed of die cut leaves. How fun playing with all your dies, which you colored perfectly and then adding your wonderful sentiment. TFS mf...Love and Hugs..Nancy

This is lovely and such great dimension and colours. You are always so good with colour. My garden is full of birds being very busy with nests and their young, it is so lovely to see and this card conjures that image up beautifully xx
The grapevine wreath is great! It is so creative. Your watercolored bird has a sweet place to rest and he looks so colorful.
Ohmyohmyohmy! I love this so much right down to the last detail. The circles make a fantastic twig wreath and the foliage is lush. The bird is so plump and darling!
What a beautiful bird, Loll! Your coloring is beautiful and I especially love the bird's feather colors! You also did a wonderful job of using dies from different sets. When I saw the card picture at first, I thought all die-cuts came from one set!

I love watching the birds in our backyard - the feeders are stationed right outside my craft room window. Wonderful card and your bird is beautiful - so sweet.
