Hi everyone. I'm back with my last card as Surprise Party Guest for Seize the Birthday. I've had such a wonderful time joining the team for November and January!
Today challenge (#276) is so fun (Kraft and Another Color), plus you can use neutrals. I found the closest ink colour to kraft and used it along with shades of orange for a smooshed background on white mixed media paper (Distress Inks: Gathered Twigs, Ripe Persimmon, Crackling Campfire). I die-cut the Fresh Foliage (Memory Box) in gold metallic card stock and then added shades of orange alcohol inks on top. To finish, I stamped the birthday sentiment in white pigment ink and heat embossed in white.

I hope you'll join us with your Happy Birthday card(s). As always, Anything Birthday goes with optional theme. Hope to see you in the gallery!
Thanks for stopping by!

Stunning card! That background is just beautiful with those leaves
This is a terrific card Loll, and such a great idea to add the orange alcohol ink over the gold metallic leaves, and the smooshed background is so bright and pretty, and perfect with the kraft card. Great to see you as the guest again this month at Seize the Birthday. x
I loved seeing your cards for these last few months. That background is so unique and artistic. Cutting the leaves from gold and then adding the orange was so creative. Really a charming card.
The alcohol ink gives those leaves such a great color, Loll, and I always love a smooshed background.
A lovely card from a wonderful guest!
