J-O-Y #4

Hi everyone.  I'm back with my fourth card using the Immense JOY die from Penny Black. 

Today's card features patterned paper and a simple, watercoloured winter scene with the sweetest deer (Cozy Winter - Penny Black).   I always like to make a few masculine Christmas cards so I thought the Buffalo Plaid card stock (Carta Bella) would be perfect with this image. :)

I'm sending this card to Peace on Earth Challenge #58.  I LOVE plaid, especially for Christmas cards. :)

    What a beautiful bright scene in your O. It plays so nicely off the dark plaid and and dark letters. Wonderfully crafted!

    I love all plaids and this one makes a wonderful background for a masculine card Loll, and that 'JOY' die gives such an lovely sized space to fit an image inside and this cute deer looks perfect watercoloured and with a lovely winter scene with the blue sky, foliage, and a little bit of snow beneath his sweet little feet..a terrific card. x

    I love plaids too Loll and this one is perfect for your more masculine card! That JOY die sure is getting a workout and every time you use it, I love it even more! Your sweet little scene really POPS against the darker plaid and black JOY outline...LOVE it!! Hugs. :0)

    I love plaid for any cards and your brown buffalo plaid is very masculine, Loll. That deer is adorable and so beautifully colored. It's been a JOY seeing all your creations with that die. Pun intended.

    These colors for buffalo plaid are perfect for masculine cards and the khaki and black look so good together. A cute design inside the O circle.

    I love it all over! You're having a fun challenge with your Immense Joy die and your dear PB stamps. This one is especially adorable with the sweetest deer ever. You made the perfect little scene in such a small space, and I love the buffalo plaid. This is such a nice way to build up your Christmas card stash!
