More Monochromatic for Gof7

Simple CAS design all in shades of green on white card stock.  Sponged Shabby Shutter Distress ink over the Flourish stencil (Tim Holtz), fading out towards left side of card front.  Stamped Full Bloom (Penny Black) over top in Peeled Paint Distress Oxide Ink and added a simple sentiment:  Many Everyday Messages - retired (Hero Arts) in the same ink to finish card.

  1. Oh, my goodness, so beautiful and calming. Such a lovely artistic effect with the stamp and stencil. I'm stealing time to visit all your posts today, but sorry I can't linger to comment on all. What an inspiring visit. I'm eager to get back to card making, but home circumstances... Rich took a turn and was in the hospital. Now I'm needing to devote more time to him and home chores.

  7. CAS just works wonders with your monochromatic color scheme - such a pretty card and it would be wonderful for a Sympathy card, as well!

  14. This is absolutely beautiful in shades of green Loll and really elegant with the stamped foliage and stencilled flourish in a paler green in the background. I have been away for a couple of weeks but will be thinking about doing a card using this technique as I love the monochrome look. x
