I used Jill Foster's sketch from her video series, Permission to Play video #3. I LOVE how the bright colour and texture of the vertical strip plays off the colours of the watercoloured image.
I started by stamping the image in Watering Can Archival ink, before watercolouring with Distress inks. I used a few Zigs (flesh, pale gray) to add to the image before stamping the sentiment (from the same set) in the same ink as the image. A strip of Bermuda Bay card stock was dry embossed with Dots & Dashes (65-020) folder (Penny Black) and adhered to the left side to finish the card.

Your watercolor looks stunning! I love coloring delicacy, so characteristic of watercolors. You perfectly matched the lateral pressed panel to the color elements of the image on the card. Excellent work, my dear Loll.
