Hi everyone. Sharing one more card using this beautiful tulip stamp from the Overflowing Stamp set (31-062) - Penny Black, cutting it out with matching die (Overflowing Cut Out 51-822). I watercoloured the flowers with Distress Inks: Shabby Shutters, Peeled Paint, Saltwater Taffy, Abandoned Coral. LOVE these colours for this stamp. :) This time I paired it with Brew-tea-ful (31-063), stamped in light gray and watercoloured with Peacock Feathers Distress Ink. I used the matching die (Brew-tea-ful cut out - 51-823) to cut it out.
I used one of Jill Foster's sketches, adding a panel of dry embossed (Variegated 65-008) in white for the middle section of thecard, adding a small strip at the bottom, which is watercoloured to match the greenery in the bouquet. To finish, I stamped a sentiment (Happy Snippets 30-358) in black ink.

Beautiful as always. The tulips look stunning and I do like the added interest from the embossed detail I the background xx
This is such a great card. The embossed background really caught my eye. (Why do I never remember that I have a bunch of embossing folders I could use??) The overflowing tulips flow so easily! I have an "English tea" friend that would love this card!
More of these beautiful tulips! I love the shade of pink with the citrusy colored leaves and pretty tea cup! A perfect fit for this sketch, my friend!
As much as I love tulips, I cannot believe I let this set get by me, Loll! But, you know what? I'm just as happy to see them again right here! SO beautifully designed and painted!

Those tulips are so lovely any day, any time of the year! They're especially pretty displayed in the postage mug. I love how you've made the center panel embossed and added the colored strip at the lower edge. A beautiful card, Loll!
Beautifully colored Loll. How wonderful to have the matching dies too. Love the happy colors on this.
I'm a fan of Jill's sketches, and these beautifully colored tulips work wonderfully with this one!
Well done, Loll! Love the softer greens and corals, while the turquoise brings it all together in one lovely bunch
This is just as pretty as it can be! Those tulips are wonderful!
Another glorious interpretation of this stamp Loll - love it

Beautiful tulips. I love how you have added the green strip. It is the perfect way to ground your cup of tulips xx
OMG...Beautiful Over Flowing Cup of Tulips, Lolly:-) Your card will be so Appreciated and Loved:-) Thank you so much for sharing....Love and Hugs...
You've beautifully combined this bouquet of tulips with a cup. You've collapsed wonderfully the flowers of the tulip, which you put in a blue sweet mug. You composed the background very interestingly, this green strap at the bottom beautifully the stirress of the pressed background.
Hugs,
Bożena
