This is a new-to-me stamp from Penny Black called Enchantingly. I stamped in black ink and heat embossed the image in clear onto mixed media paper and then watercoloured using my Zig Clean Color Brush pens. I haven't used them for a while and it was so much fun!! I then cut out the flower with matching die (Enchantingly Cut Out - Penny Black).
It's no secret that my favourite colour is pink ... with orange as a close second. I combined the two inks to create a lovely coral for my blossom. Two shades of light green were used on the leaves.
I added a light sponging of colour over a stencil (Mini Tiny Circles - The Crafter's Workshop) on the card front before adding the flower (popped up for dimension). The sentiment (from the same stamp set) is stamped in black and clear heat embossed to match the image.
Close-up ...
Sending this card to the following challenges:
1) Darnell's IDEAS Challenge - Week 2 - Dies - used die for bloom and die-cut trellis background
2) Time Out #286 - Pick 2 from the list (floral, stencil, spots, arch, water, pastel) - I used floral and stencil.
3) NBUS #73 - never-before-used-schtuff - this is my second entry this month.

Loll, I love the coral-y color you achieved by combining those two inks! LOve the stenciling and stamping your sentiment right over it looks just perfect!

Your coloring of that beautiful flower is gorgeous as is the whole card. Love your stenciling behind it as it makes it pop. Jessie is sure a cute pup. They are great shots.
This is such a pretty flower, Lolly! I love the color that you got from blending pink and orange! The stenciling is a perfect background to show them off. Such good photos of Jessie! Alejandro is a great photographer!
This is so beautifully watercoloured Loll and such a pretty stamp and die by Penny Black and the background stencilling in that soft green goes perfectly...a gorgeous card. Really lovely photos of sweet little Jessie too. x
As pretty as your card is, Miss Jessies steals the spotlight tonight!
You know how much I love pink and orange together too, so you're probably not surprised that I think this card is absolutely GORGEOUS!! Color can really make or break a card and this card is a winner in my opinion!! Love the pictures of Jessie too, but I have to wonder how much help she was in the yard clean up?! Haha!! She sure is a cutie though!! Hugs. :0)
A beautiful card AND a beautiful dog! Hug to you.
Beautiful flower and so pretty with the touch of stenciling behind ♥
Love your enchanting flower, the colors and your coloring are so amazing! Plus, that random dotted background is pretty fun. And, yes, those are some great photos of Jesse
Gorgeous photos of Jessie! She must have loved being outside in the sunshine. Beautiful card - love your new flower and the stencilled background.
Fantastic colouring and pretty background! I love the orange peeking through!
Oh Loll this is exquisite - what a beautiful colour you have created for the flower, and the yellow background really sets it off perfectly
Jessie is quite the stately model in those fabulous photos.
Blessings

The background certainly helps to make your beautiful flower pop, a gorgeous mix of colours. A beautiful card. Love the photos of Jessie. Reminds me of our late Abbey. x
So beautiful, I love your colour blending. The background really makes the flower pop!
Gorgeous photos of Jessie too xx
Beautiful CAS card. Thanks so much for sharing with Die Cut Divas :)
I love the random look of the stencil dots behind that lovely bloom, Loll. The mixing of colors gives your flower a glow. Thanks for sharing your card with us at Time Out.
Your card is so gorgeous, Loll! I have yet to color this set, for shame. You used those Zigs so well and I can see how you mixed the orange for an extra beautiful color. The stenciled background is perfect. Yesterday was ideal weather here for working outside. Today the wind is back. What beautiful photos of your precious Jessie. Thank you so much for sharing them. I'm giving her a virtual hug.
This is so pretty. I love the colours and the stencilled background xx
The partial dotted stencil is perfect behind this lovely bloom - so wonderfully inked! Sweet pics of Jessie too - what a good helper overseeing the work! Julia xx
Jessie always gets me! I had my words in my head for my comment as I'm enjoying your card photos and reading your post and then, poof, I see the amazing photos Alejandro took and my words flew away! Jessie really is photogenic and Alejandro has the skills to capture that! Okay, I will now scroll back up and look at the card again, lol!
First of all, you certainly haven't lost your ability to watercolor with your Ziggies, Lolly! Your pink/orange/coral tones and the shading of your leaves is perfect! I love the added interest with the stenciled circles and the snuggled sediment. Thank you for linking again to NBUS and for using this week's I.D.E.A.S. Calendar to motivate others!📌 Happy Easter! Love, Dolly
Fabulous floral card Loll, the colours are so pretty. Thanks for sharing the beautiful photos of Jessie.
